All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing may take longer. We will notify you by email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on your location and the total weight of your package.
- Domestic Shipping (India): Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days, depending on customs and destination country regulations.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs inspections.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery progress directly through the courier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees. Customers are responsible for paying any additional costs imposed by their country’s customs office. Please check with your local authorities for more details.
6. Shipping Delays

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
