At Kullu Shawls Industries, we are committed to the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction for our handmade products. Please review our updated policy for exchanges, shipping, and delivery.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, meaning customers have 7 days from receipt to request an exchange. All items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate an exchange, contact hellokullushawl@gmail.com. Once your request is accepted, return shipping instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs for domestic orders are borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item shipped.

International Exchanges

Currently, international exchanges are accepted for standard (non-custom) product categories. Return shipping costs and any import duties/taxes for international exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers should consult their local customs authority regarding import duties.

Estimated international delivery times are 10–14 business days but may vary depending on country, customs, and shipping carrier delays.

Some items (e.g., custom orders, sale items) may not be eligible for international exchange.

Refund Policy

At this time, refunds are not offered. Only exchanges are allowed for qualifying products within the 7-day window.

If an exchanged item is unavailable, store credit or a comparable product may be suggested.

Damages and Issues

Upon package arrival, inspect your order. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact hellokullushawl@gmail.com immediately with order details and photographs. Prompt reporting allows for quick resolution through replacement or exchange.

Domestic orders are shipped using standard courier services.

  • Orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Delivery times for domestic orders typically range from 3–7 business days.
  • International delivery times are usually 10–14 business days but may vary due to customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
